Since Establishing Aqua Earth Consulting, Albertus Lombaard has been involved in various Mine water supply, dewatering, environmental impact assessments and groundwater pollution projects, serving clients such as International Mining houses, Local Government, Consulting Engineers and Environmental Consulting Firms as well as a number of private clients.

Albertus built up a wide range of project experience visiting countries such as Namibia, Zambia, South America, Mozambique, Sierra Leone, Nigeria, Botswana and the United States. These projects included siting, drilling, pumptesting, site assessments and project management for various water supply, mine dewatering and environmental projects as well as various study tours assessing international standards and technologies.

Albertus holds an MSc from the Institute for Groundwater Studies, University of the Orange Free State  and sat succesfully for his Diploma in Investment Management at RAU.

Peter Mothoa joined Aqua Earth Consulting in 2004 to work as a junior hydrogeologist/technician. Peter completed his National Diploma in geology at Pretoria Technikon in 2002 and has since gained experience in a variety of working environments. Peter speaks a total of five languages. (English, Afrikaans, Sesotho, Tswana, Ndebele, Zulu).

Theo Ferreira holds a Master of Science (Environmental Management) from RAU (Rand Afrikaans University, now University of Johannesburg) as well as a BSc (Honours) (Environmental. Management); Bachelor of Science (Earth Sciences 'Geology); from the same institution. Theo also completed an Environmental Auditors Course, Certificate in Mining and the Environment and a Higher Certificate in Project Management.

Theo has been practising as an Environmental Scientist for the past 7 years whilst in the employ of EIMS (Pty) Ltd.

Theo's field of specialisation includes Project Management, Site Assessments, Environmental Auditing, Site Remediation, Remediation echnologies and systems design and maintenance.

Theo has gained significant experience in the fields of Environmental impact assessments; Environmental management plans, Environmental auditing, Site Assessments/Audits; Mining Environmental Management Programme Reports and Site Remediation.
